Introduction BrainGym ("we," "our," or "the App") is a standalone cognitive training application. We respect your privacy as a cornerstone of our professional service. This policy details our commitment to your data security. Our core philosophy: Local processing, zero server upload.
No Personal Data: We do not require account registration. We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, hardware identifiers (IDFA/IMEI), or biometric data.
Performance Data: Your training results (e.g., reaction speed, memory accuracy, logic scores) are processed locally to generate your Cognitive Radar. This data never leaves your device's local sandbox.
Local Storage (UserDefaults): Used solely to save your personal bests and app settings. In compliance with 2026 Apple Privacy Manifests, this access is restricted to "App-only" functionality.
Haptics: Used for tactile feedback during challenges.
Restricted Access: We do not request or access your Location, Contacts, Microphone, Camera, or Photo Library.
No Third-Party SDKs: We have not integrated any advertising (e.g., AdMob), analytics (e.g., Firebase), or social tracking SDKs.
No Tracking: We do not track your activity across other companies' apps or websites.
As all data is stored locally, deleting the App via iOS settings will permanently erase all training records from your device. We do not maintain backups as we never receive your data.
